5 weeks of flashpacking through South East Asia: en route to my starting point in Cambodia, I had 3 layovers: in Honolulu, Hawaii; Tokyo, Japan, and an overnight on Hong Kong Island. I arrived in Phnom Penh beyond exhausted but exhilarated for the journey ahead, which took me through southern Cambodia and up the entire length of Vietnam.
